It’s probably just there for modders to use if they want it for something.

To me it feels like the lighting is getting more damage points, but I’m unsure this is true

I was wondering this too, seems like all the planets have an evolution percentage but I didn’t see anything that used it on Fulgora and I don’t know if the worm on Vulcanus are affected by it either.

Probably an oversight or something.
