We use this thing instead of the carton.
Scatterbrained and friendly optimist. Always happy to give my (unasked for) opinion :)
Pardon my rambling and broken English, I know I often sound like an alien trying to impersonate a human being.
We use this thing instead of the carton.

My dad had something even older, but the first computer I got to use was our Wang 286
I remember that post! I had a lot of fun generating people’s usernames :)
I guess we can always do another one?
First thing that popped into my mind as well.
It was ridiculous how fast it could go through those 6 batteries.
Eventually my parents got sick of having to buy them and I was only allowed to play using a power adapter.
I tend to just leave them out all together. Don’t know why though, maybe it’s faster?
It feels a bit like when you read a book fast and skip over entire words.
“Need to do some cleaning.”
“How could this be done faster?”
Or a common one:
“Hungry” :)
It’s a generic term for an online ID system, not a standard. The system differs per country, but it basically allows you to login and identify yourself with government institutions.
Apparently the EU accepts several of these systems as valid proof of identification, making it easy to submit a verified signature for petitions.
It literally took me only a couple of minutes to do so using eID.
So for anyone who hasn’t done so yet, please spare a moment of your time and support this if you’re able.
And…… signed!
Sure! Here you go :)

And here’s the whole image with the rest of my doodles:
Right now it’s these mochi I doodled:
I think an important factor for standing out from the local applicants could be the potential domain knowledge you bring to the table.
Plenty of developers around. But a developer with extensive knowledge and experience with, for example, specific logistic chains is a lot harder to find. In my (limited) experience it is often a reason why an exception for hiring foreign talent is made.
Skills can be learned with a course and a certificate, but domain knowledge comes from hard earned experience in specific industries.
Bamboo rats feed on the underground roots of bamboo plants.
I’m not sure how much of an impact they make, but I can imagine they keep some of the growth in check.

Fun With A Pencil by Andrew Loomis.

It’s a fun book for beginners that mostly focuses on drawing characters.
It is an old book though, so it might contain some unpleasant caricatures further in.
I got an ugly scar on my pinky from a bullying incident at school when I was 12. It’s not like this was their intention, but it got out of hand and a door slammed hard on my finger.
I had to get rushed to the hospital, got stitches and a massive bandage for half a year.
The bullies never apologized and it got brushed off as an accident.
It’s a reminder of bad times during my teenage years and I still get sad when I look at it.
Yes, European :)
But the egg dispenser is something I once 3d printed when it was still a hobby.
Can’t seem to find the original design anymore though.
