Add rice and oil(if using oil)
Agitate regularly for a few minutes.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover, and steep.

Toast your rice before adding any water including onions. Thank me later.

I know a couple chefs that definitely do not deserve, nor would I think they even want heaven. Those dudes only seemed truly happy when in the thick of it.
