People should have a right to endanger themselves but not others
I think you missed the part where they are lying to the conservatives to get them on board with things that are actively good for them
Slower. At least the ones where they care are signed slower.
Yeah I say it out loud with my voice :3
Old reddit bots used to have a bot account group that’d gang up to yell at you if you called on out. It was funny

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Between here, Reddit, Twitter, & Instagram, which platform has the most comments that make you go "what's wrong with these people"?
21·12 days agoI left reddit because things felt so toxic with people yelling constantly about how we need to shut up and get with the program, don’t speak out, corporations are good, etc etc.
??? Like I’m a reddit hater, but man you gotta go looking for that kind of agenda there

1·2 months agoSlightly different colored is a pretty big statement — you can get the same service from a company that pays the workers $45 an hour or one that pays them $22… That’s a life vs working under the thumb of a company. It’s a very large difference between the good and the bad. Capitalism is everything trending towards shit inevitably, but that does not mean that every individual business is shit. It just means someday they will become shit.
Wealth taxes are necessary, but with offshoring and hiding accounts, I’d say they’re bureaucratically complicated rather than elegant.
