Best of luck to the crew, and everyone on the ground supporting this mission. It’s almost time to go make some history.

      It was history in 1969.

Meanwhile, all biomedical research has been halted with the NIH.

A rat done bit my sister Nell.

    (with Whitey on the Moon)

Her face and arms began to swell.

    (and Whitey’s on the Moon)

I can’t pay no doctor bill.

    (but Whitey’s on the Moon)

Ten years from now I’ll be paying still.

    (while Whitey’s on the Moon)

It’s gotta survive reentry on a questionable heat shield before you call it 2 of 2.

They aren’t “going to the moon” they are going around the moon. It’s like saying “I’m going to the store” and just driving past the parking lot and turning around to go home.

Its more like if you lived in the eastern hemisphere and were like “im going to the grand canyon” and only planned on driving by on your road trip.

They’re getting within 6500km of the surface, after travelling 385.000km. So they’re going 98.3% of the way to the moon.

So that’s like going from Beijing to the grand canyon, and staying in the western suburbs of Las Vegas.

Right. For all intensive purposes, they went to the moon lmao

I drove over the Mississippi river, at 9pm. It was dark and didn’t see anything. I’ve never experienced the Mississippi River just like this is not an experience of flying to the moon. They got close but still working on actually getting there.

Don’t know why you are getting down voted. This is a massive amount of money for no obvious purpose.

No, there will not be a moon colony one day, just fucking no.
