This is probably the best thing coming out of the Trump administration - we (EU and others) have been given the push to start move to alternatives, and those alternatives hopefully continue to be open source. I wouldn’t even be mad if the EU started to do heavy development in open source and that the work was “copied” to other non-EU countries.
