The complexity is the receiver not necessarily the transmitter, no fancy antennas or signal processing required. You can make decoys that are much cheaper than this.

That is cheap enough to be an expendable decoy, I expect.
Someone else wrote it already, for a decoy all you need is a transmitter. The complexity is the receiver not necessarily the transmitter, no fancy antennas or signal processing required. You can make decoys that are much cheaper than this.
