Medical staff in Germany are protesting proposed cuts that ministers say are necessary to stop spiraling costs. Meanwhile, a World War II bomb meant thousands were evacuated from their homes.

  It has nothing to do with defense spending in Germany because Germany takes on debt to pay for that already. This is just so the rich can get richer basically.
