This is what genocidesmany supports, both ideologically, politically and materially. And I would categorize any person or entity supporting national socialism as “nazi”.
Not to mention all the ways in which genocidesmany privileges one ethnicity above others within its own borders (not officially of course, but structurally is built in a way that does) and in terms of it’s foreign policy there also is a clear ally-enemy distinction that runs more or less along the lines of ethnicity in terms of the counries predominant ethnicity.
