    Genuinely. It’s getting to the point where the “reasonable” person is being claimed as a mind-reading super-lawyer who knows exactly when they’re being lied to.

    Rather than the actual average person who takes these companies at their word, assuming that they wouldn’t just blatantly lie to their customers.

    Which these companies seem to think makes their customers stupid, rather than them being manipulative pieces of shit that take advantage of people who just want to play some videogames in peace.
