I googled it. Fleetbase is open source and costs $29/month and is $5/month per truck and driver. So this would’ve cost the guy in the OP $89/month - roughly what I said in my original comment
Considering OSS is Open Source by nature, all of those questions could conceivably be answerable and problems mitigated.
