As someone who’s never drunk a full thing of it besides a beer once at around 18(?), I can say I have never gotten drunk before. I’ve also had some sips but definitely not drunk.
I want to try actually having some alcohol besides that beer since I’m drinking age in the United States (I’m 23). I decided I would order a daiquiri for dinner with my girlfriend.

The second you start noticing any buzz it’s time to ease down. There is still more alcohol in your stomach waiting to be absorbed so you’ll continue getting more buzzed even if you do stop.
It’s a great way to pace yourself.
Edit: my 2c is that you’ll be drunk on two unless you really spread them out. Take small sips and use the buzz rule. They tend to be reasonably potent.

Considering your mass and (presumed) low tolerance, I would estimate that you’d notice the effect, but without getting drunk. Slightly tipsy, maybe. This assumes that it’s mixed to standard drink strength.
Two is probably also OK. Three is pushing it.
I’d say if they’re a lightweight (literally and figuratively) then two should probably be the max, and if you want a third get a glass of water or two before you get that last drink.
I’m a big guy, but I don’t drink much either and I’d definitely be buzzed after two drinks.
For someone who doesn’t drink and with your weight, you’ll probably feel one.
Also, mixed drinks are more variable on determining when you are drunk. The liquor used to make it may be stronger or weaker. The quantity of alcohol can also be adjusted by the bartender.
Strongly depends on the establishment serving the daiquiri. Some places load it up with booze, others only put in a half shot. There’s no standard recipe. Be warned that sugar-heavy drinks like a daiquiri often cause hangovers more easily than non-sugary alcoholic drinks.
You’re probably better off just ordering your favorite diet soda or a club soda and a shot of vodka, whiskey, or rum on the side. Mix half of the shot with your drink and see how you feel, then go from there.
4 to 6 should be enough to get you going nice, just spread them out and drink water when you remember.
No. A small woman who has effectively zero experience with liquor should not drink 4 to 6 daiquiris in public in one night. I wouldn’t even suggest she go above 3 without a chaperone
