I think the meaning has shifted a bit (at least from my experience) to basically mean “spending an excessive amount of time on some digital content (usually rapidly switching from one piece to another)”.

Of course this depends on the person I’m talking with but it seems to me that a lot of people are using it as I described above.

That’s actually what BusyBox does I think. You have one executable for everything and it changes the behavior according to argv[0].

It would be interesting if this question prompted people to write the country as well as their answer.
