ImHex is amazing. I use it as a save game editor mostly.

Having a complete pattern file for a game save is such a good feeling, able to open the file, apply the pattern, and then browse the data in a tree structure to easily do save editing etc.

Not sure if the phone can emulate being an NFC tag, but it can program the NTAG215 stickers used by amiibo
