There are probably ways to get people to feel empathy for Palestinians rather than having a go at them for their assumed point of view - which psychologically makes them more likely to tie the belief to their identity, if they do believe it, which actually makes it harder for them to change their mind.

The real problem is in groups, humans aren’t designed to view people from different groups and communities as people deserving of moral value.

They have RLHF (reinforcement learning from human feedback) so any negative, biased, or rude responses would have been filtered out in training. That’s the idea anyway, obviously no system is perfect.

Respectfully, I must disagree. Even those two you mentioned could have not got to being a billionaire in the first place without exploiting people via capitalism, and certainly could not have retained the money (rather than spending it on good causes and compensating workers fairly) while still being a good person. It is a filter for the most selfish kind of person.
