That’s like saying you’d rather have $10,000 than $50. If that was the choice, it would be an obvious one. Dial-up was a choice between $50 or nothing. Given the options, yes, it was awesome.

OP clearly knows that’s not the appropriate c/ for their needs. That’s why they’re asking for another. Why the hostility toward someone who knows what they want, and where not to find it?

Some variety of “your pet issue doesn’t matter because my pet issue exists” has got to be the douchiest response regularly made online. There are more than enough bad things going around for different people to focus on one specific thing at a time.
