I have 100 or so steam games. Each one that I’ve tried (around 20 so far), all of them work perfectly well on my Linux box.

Recently switched to Linux Mint on my daily driver. Trying Zorin OS on an old laptop. Both run smoother than windows OS ever did. My father wants to buy a new laptop, trying to convince him to use Linux (debian based preferably since that’s what I’ve been most familiar with for years now).

you forgot one.

I hate “A.I.” because it’s not A.I. it’s an if statement stapled to a dictionary.
Also because I can’t write the short name of Albert without people thinking I’m talking about A.I.

It’s been amazing. My RAM is singing praises with how much better the OS is at handling memory.

I’m thrilled for seeing my RAM idle at half the amount it did when I was on Windows. Loving Mint… or any debian distro for that matter.

So glad I made the switch to Linux recently. Kept putting it off because of one pet project, but managed to get it working on Linux. My Explorer on Windows had a very noticeable memory leak.
Never used Fortran before. So easy choice: Fortran code from 1969

I’ve never owned a smart TV. I still don’t see a point in owning one. Why in the world would someone need copilot on their TV?

agreed. 50% of my job is debugging code I didn’t write.
Never did manage to get ReactOS working for me
