there’s already far too many people. the planet is at a breaking point. Plus there are lots of foster/adoptable kids who need a loving home.

I adopted him a week ago, and he IMMEDIATELY made himself at home. He’s lounging around, cuddling etc. He’s soooo affectionate!

Also, you could ssh to it instead of remote desktop. just a thought :)

The only thing i self host anymore is a FreshRSS instance, a personal wiki (dokuwiki) and nginx proxy manager for the automatic certs and domains.

Yup. Rage is epic. It got me through MANY sleepless nights. I had insomnia for 10+ years, sleeping 4-5 hours a WEEK. Rage helped. A lot.

Mind you, this was before pirating movies took minutes. Back then when i had insomnia chronically, it would take 4-7 days to download a movie on dialup.

Oh, that makes more sense. Rage was (is?) a tv show on ABC (Australia) and they play music all through the night. lots of indie stuff and other stuff like that.

But in retrospect, I believe you are correct.

When I had chronic insomnia (still get it, but it’s managed by meds now) about 30 years ago, I used to just sit up all night and watch rage. I found some epic music on there.
