I know people don’t like Windows 11, but that’s a bit much.

From the article:
'The aircraft’s most notable capability is its ability to deploy large-scale drone swarms mid-flight, potentially overwhelming enemy defenses by sheer volume and unpredictability. State-released video footage simulated the dramatic visual of a synchronized UAV launch sequence.
Drone swarms offer strategic advantages in surveillance, intelligence gathering, and real-time reconnaissance, particularly in contested regions such as the Taiwan Strait. Analysts warn that such a capability could play a central role in a future conflict scenario between China and Taiwan.
In addition to drone launches, the Jiu Tan can also be equipped with cruise missiles and air-to-air weapons like the PL-12E, further expanding its offensive potential.’
A big difference.

I thought we already knew that. Does this just make it ‘official’?

Oops typo 😒

Ha ha ha.
2.5kt. Good job pity Ukraine doesn’t have nukes anymore.

Unless you’re in the US, then they text secret plans directly to you
Even if you didn’t want them ;-)

Before getting on our high horse - there are mercenaries of various nationalities fighting on the Ukrainian side as well as the Russian side, that doesn’t mean their governments support them.

Try telling that to the UK.
We’ve got old sausage fingers to cough up for.
You’d think a businessman as bigly smart (people tell him all the time, many people) as he is would understand this.

Colour me surprised.

Yes. Don’t forget batteries for torches and a couple of solar charger power banks for your phone.
We never stopped.
If you think those ones we have now are leftover from the 60s, you are in for a shock.
This bears what I’ve thought for a while now. Europe needs a dedicated military, All working together using standardised ammunition etc. As for railways, that should have been done years ago. Hopefully we can get this done before Putin makes his move - and he will do. Especially now that the US president is a Russian asset.
I keep seeing things like this, then an item on the news that says sales in Spain are up.
It’s not all good news.
