Ubuntu wayy back in the day, started on mint, then nobara, then bazzite on my laptop and steam deck, then nobara to cachy os on my desktop, and I quickly switched the laptop and steam deck to cachy because I liked it so much

Like even compared to lossless streaming, I know there are some songs where it seems to be better detailed but that also could be my own bias, on top of that, I know some songs don’t even have lossless versions released so if you buy the flac you’re literally just getting the CD quality version anyway.

9·20 days agoTbh, we rely too much on smart phones, even though it’s really cool to have a single device that does all these things, I think it was overall bad for society. Now the releasers of the software for these devices basically monopolize how so many things are distributed and what content they can have.

16·29 days agoAnalytical AI is much more useful than generative AI and even if it were LLMs doing the work, with a doctor checking it can be very beneficial

8·4 months agoDo yourself a favor and never turn on WiFi on your smart TV, get an android streaming box, and install projectivy launcher on it. Then you can sideload smartube the adfree YouTube client with downvotes, dearrow and sponsorblock built in.
I mean, I didn’t make the chart, I’m just speaking on what the creator’s reasoning might be
