This part doesn’t make sense. Why would they be from the EU if they were “planning to try and immigrate to Europe”?

But they also wanted to notify other users than the one they were replying to. From my experience, you only get notified if someone directly replied to you.
Is this post supposed to include an article link? I also wonder how many people got tricked by the “play” symbol in the image.
