It seems the EU has no political will for anything really. Just a sad, lifeless bureaucratic shell without much cohesive power let alone a visionary prospect of the future.

I know i am quite late but maybe someone will search for this at one point. My recommendation is the Endura GV500. Watertight, packable, reasonable priced. Good fit, not to baggy.
