Ya, the main reason I use alias’ at this point is because when an account gets compromised I can just change the email and password. Helps that I can also just disable emails that are only getting mailing lists too.

I’ve seen a lot of people defend apple. I lowkey thing me talking bad about apple (and provide sources) on a privacy subreddit triggered someone enough to get my reddit account banned. That or badtalking apple is against reddit TOS.

That really loops back to Google more than a function of linux.

I use a valve index too, only problem I’ve had that I can link to Linux is loud static sometimes that plays over game audio. Relaunching steamvr a few times seems to fix it. I think adding a dummy audio output also helped, but I made that a hot minute ago.

My D drive doesn’t auto mount on boot. Fixing isn’t worth the effort if clicking two buttons.

I actually haven’t had much problems with VR. Gussings thing will improve with the steam box

Ya, I was playing around with I think auto mounting? When I was new to Linux and asked ai for help. It ended up bricking my system, Luckily I documented what it said to do and was able to boot into recovery and reverse it.

I thought from the story, the worker didn’t even know who it was, way I heard it, a customer told them they saw someone with a gun. I don’t really have a source on that, but I thought that was basically why they didn’t get the bounty.
