    Recently, the Ministry of Education posted on the official report as their accomplishment that less young people go to universities than before, and instead of high school they choose labour professions.

    I’ve nothing against handworkers, but where else in the world does the bloody Ministry of education celebrate the lower rate of education in their country?!

      GDR was notoriously good (read: bad) at this.

      Anti-educationalism goes beyond anti-intellectualism IMO, it grows a whole ignorant people on purpose.

      As a peaceful country surrounded by hostile neighbours, they have to put all there ressources into defence. They cannot afford an offense industry. Therefore they are just incapable to attack anyone. (probably not /s, but the heartfelt believe of many people caught in the Kremlin’s narrative, I’m afraid. Not mine, though.)
