I had one where I dreamed I was in my bedroom, and there was some bright shiny…thing?..on my floor. Like a glowing dot, too bright to make out any details. So I went over and picked it up; it was maybe the size of a marble. I could start to see through the light and make out a few details, but kept putting it closer and closer to my face to try and get a better view. Soon, it was clear that it was my bedroom, and when I had the thing almost right at my eyeballs, I realized my eyes were open and I was awake.

So I guess I was slowly opening my eyes, but dreaming “around” the tunnel vision? Super strange experience.
