People have a weird sense of entitlement. Like I work in customer service and there’s a lot of people that don’t understand the concept of “shit happens, it’s nobodies fault, you still have to deal with on your own”. It sucks but you can’t get compensated for everything that goes wrong.

On one hand absolutely fucking psychotic and cruelty to an animal, on the other hand hilarious in headline and concept. I’d enjoy it more if it was a skit and not real. Torn

I found that one pissed off rant from a Young Turks journalist where’s she’s angrily saying “I DONT CARE WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS” to be very attractive. I literally know nothing else about her and she could be a horrible person, but that moment of righteous indignation really had an effect on me

Okay so cut me some slack because it’s been a few years since I read it (despite it being my favorite book) but it seemed like she was tougher and more independent in the movie than what I remember from the book
