The first thing that comes to mind is this episode from the Simpsons, which is essentially that, the episode starts normally and follows what homer does in the day, at some point it goes back to breakfast and starts following Lisa instead then it goes back again and follows Bart. It’s an interesting episode from a narrative perspective.
I’m talking more like 12 Angry Men, but each juror’s internal monologue. Same location, same events.
I feel like this is common in crime thrillers or mystery stories. Revealing each person’s perspective like puzzle pieces to the crime. Most recent one I remember that follows a similar structure is the movie Weapons
