no, procreating is still possible as non-straight intercourse is considered a necessary part of life, just like work. but (almost) nobody likes doing it.
All reproduction just inheritly means foursomes where the two couples separatly have sex right until the end where they either quickly switch or idk they just scope up the seamen or something
