(A cement mixer is a glass of Baileys cream liquor and a glass of orange juice. Take two straws, drink from both. It was typical hazing drink when I studied civil engineering. Some weirdos actually ordered it for themselves occasionally)
For those who don’t know, the citric acid instantly curdles the cream in your mouth, turning it thick and chunky, hence the name. I’ve always seen it done as a shot with lemon juice though.

The version I did long ago had a tumbler with a plastic shot glass. I think the tumbler had the orange juice and the shot glass had the Bailey’s but it might have been the other way around. You tipped it up and mixed the two in your mouth. They used plastic for the shot glass because when they used glass ones it bonked the nose.
Straws would have been a lot easier, but less entertaining for everyone else!
