It entirely depends on what it is you’re looking for, if it’s immutable characteristics, yeah, that’s bad But looking at who is safe and who isn’t in this and similar manners, is something minorities and women have always been doing Besides, this is tangential to the actual joke in the meme, which basically is just a jokey way of saying “they’re friend”
