likely but not per se, a lot of adult women in their twenties look very young just because they didn’t grow very tall
Especially East-Asians, but also a weird beauty standard issue. Westerners both want their women look like children, but also not like children, so more western, usually white, women end up looking like a mashup of youthful and mature features, but I also noticed this on Asians born into western countries.
A lot of people want a somewhat mature looking face on women, so it won’t be “pedophilia”, but also don’t want the wrinkles, saggy breasts, etc.
