    I’m glad it worked out! Good on them for replacing the unit as a whole, customer service goes a long way in the industry. I know I likely would have still been with razer if I had the same experiences.

      Yeah, the controller itself is by far the best one I’ve ever had, MUCH better than the only slightly cheaper (but many times more cheap-feeling) xbox elite series 2 I had before or any of the 4 or 5 ones I had before that!
