    Thanks. The rep told me that the warranty doesn’t usually cover physical damage but since I’m a “valued customer” they’re going to make a onetime exception and replace the whole thing (after telling me that nope, can’t just send me a replacement dongle).

    This is literally the first time I’ve bought any of their products and I bought it through a third party seller so I’m pretty sure that I just got a kind rep who took pity on me but far be it from me to question their appreciation of me 🤷

      I’m glad it worked out! Good on them for replacing the unit as a whole, customer service goes a long way in the industry. I know I likely would have still been with razer if I had the same experiences.

        Yeah, the controller itself is by far the best one I’ve ever had, MUCH better than the only slightly cheaper (but many times more cheap-feeling) xbox elite series 2 I had before or any of the 4 or 5 ones I had before that!
